Greater Toronto Area: We offer free white glove delivery for custom furniture orders in the Greater Toronto Area. Please allow 6-8 weeks for manufacturing and 2-5 days for delivery.

Rest of Canada: We offer ground-level doorstep delivery, with in-home and white glove delivery options available in select Canadian cities. Please allow 6-8 weeks for manufacturing and 5-10 days for delivery.

Frames come with a five-year warranty.

Fabric is covered by a one-year warranty against wear under normal care and conditions.

Cushions are covered by a two-year warranty. Please note that foam softening, which is a natural occurrence, is not included in the warranty.
